Students who have appeared for the Standard X exams have 3 months’ vacation period after the board exam till securing admission in Standard XII. These students have these three months at their disposal which they can utilize for the preparation of the entrance exams.
a) The vacation period will provide them enough time to revise their school science and math's. They can also be introduced to core concepts of physics, mathematics, biology and chemistry which they find easy to understand during next two years as the novelty of these subjects wanes because of pursuing foundation course.
b) During the course students are made aware of syllabus of science for std.XI and XII nature of national Level Medical and Engineering entrance exams and the kind of a work a doctor or an engineer is supposed to undertake. Students are also given career guidance in the course. The career guidance mentally prepares the students to choose their career judiciously and wisely as per their aptitude.
The test shortlists students for attractive scholarship particularly the students of economically weaker sections of society.
RNTSE model paper is based on JEE and NEET pattern so that students are acquainted with computer based tests(CBTs).It overcomes limits of space,time and is cost effective.

Duration is 3hrs for test.
A single student can enroll with unique mobile number for only one time.
In case of power faliure or internet disconnection a student can login two more times and continue test where it was left before the interruption.The paper will continue for the question before shutoff mode.
Once test is submitted, the examinee or candidate can not log in again.
Only one question can be seen at a time on the screen.
